All refunds, if applicable, are processed according to our policies or service provider’s policies.
Hamari Ticket does not have control over the timeline, amount, or approval of refunds issued by third-party providers.
3. Service Charges Are Non-Refundable
Any service, handling, or processing fees charged by Hamari Ticket are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the provider approves a refund.
4. Refund Requests Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@hamariticket.com within the allowed cancellation window.
A refund processing time may take 10 to 60 business days, depending on the airline or supplier.
Partial refunds may apply after deduction of cancellation fees, penalties, and service charges.
5. Payment Gateway Fees
Transaction charges by payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, or others) are non-refundable, regardless of the refund status of the ticket or booking.
6. No Refund in the Following Cases
No-show at airport.
Incorrect passenger details provided at the time of booking.
Rejection of visa or denial of boarding by immigration or airline.
Bookings made less than 48 hours before departure (last-minute) unless refundable fare is clearly stated.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing fare rules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility before confirming any booking.
